Welcome! This is my first Papertrey Bloghop, however, I have been stalking forever. Since this is my first hop, I decided to keep it simple. I am having a hard time getting into the Christmas mode quite yet, but I'm sure after all the inspiration from tonight it will put me in the mood quickly! I am always amazed month after month at all the talent out there. Both of the above projects I feel personally look better IRL, they both shimmer nicely and perfect for the holidays. The Peace is a wood plaque measuring about 6 inches, but I think for the future I would make it in ornament size. Not exactly thrilled with how it turned out, never seems to match what I have in my mind! Practice makes perfect my mother always told me! The card is done in the new shimmery white and I love that stuff. Papertrey never lets me down!!! I tried the faux embossing technique and really like the way the Peace looks with that technique. Aqua mist was used for the layering and some new stickles, cant remember the color name. I notice too that I smudged it taking the pic! Well thanks everybody for stopping by.
