TIMELESS TEMPLATES

One of the stampers I have followed from the beginning has been Lauren Meader . She never ceases to amaze me. She recently started a line of printable templates and I am in love with them. It is so easy to create a packaged gift that looks like a million bucks!!!

Another template she has, which happens to be my favorite so far, is her Keepsake box. This one is Berry Sorbet box base with Polka Dot lid, oh how I adore the polka dots. You all are going to get sick of pink, but it has always been my favorite.

So make sure you stop by Papertrey ink every month around the 15th to see what the fabulous Lauren M. has created!

I started this post a while back and never finished it, but figured what the heck. This was a Christmas present for my cousin, an ornament from our magical trip to Disney.

All of Lauren's templates come together easy and take gift giving to the next level. Her Timeless Templates are found at Papertrey Ink under the tool section I believe. Give 1 a try, you won't be disappointed.

BLOGHOP TIME

I can't believe I managed to sneak this in! Not exactly thrilled with how it turned out, but at least I tried. I used my circle scalloped nestabilities in sweet blush, vellum and a cuttlebug swirl sweet blush again along with one of the holiday ribbons from Papertrey and turned it into a baby card with one of the sentiments from Bitty Baby Blessings. I also used the Swiss Dot Cuttlebug for the base of the card. Sorry had to rush tonight, trying to get my girls to bed!!

Christmas mini bread box

I found it finally the source of my inspiration, http://technostamper.blogspot.com/2008/10/bread-box-mini-tutorial.html, her bread box is fantastic. Thanks for the great holiday idea!!
One of my weekly stops in Blogland is Card of the Week. Great place to catch up on all the great projects in 1 stop! I noticed this great little minibread box. I love to make mini loaves of bread for Christmas gifts for the neighbors, etc., and thought this would work great. Plus I looove the new Papertrey colors right now. The Ripe Avocado and Ocean Tides together, yummy! I had even whipped up some Apple Bread to put in the box, however, bake sale and we attacked the other 2 loaves before I had a chance to get this posted!! Sorry. I'll come back later after I find the great blog I was inspired from to make this cool little box. Plus scroll down to see what I had fun making for the 3-D design challenge.

My 2nd 3-D challenge

Wow. Two posts in 1 day, I'm on a roll. Pretty simple box but still festive IMO. I started with the 2, 4, 6, 8 box, but it wouldn't fit my die cut so I changed over to the 2, 5, 7, 10. I used Papertrey's shimmery white cardstock, love it, more Holiday Tags in Aqua Mist and Ocean Tides (my new fav ink). More holiday packing, gotta love it. My ribbon and glitter for the glitter window I purchased from Taylored Expressions. Make sure to scroll down for my first post today!! Have a great day.

My first 3-D Design challenge

Good grief, can anyone tell me where November has gone? I had such good intentions of getting a lot accomplished this month, well we know December is out, I'll set my goal for January! I had a little time yesterday to play. I had originally wanted to make an open top box for the first challenge and didn't make it, so was I glad to see anything goes this week!! Plus having Papertrey participating really got me excited as we all know I am a huge fan. Everything used for my box was Papertrey.
Avocado for the box base, the new polka dot papers with the threading water punch to add my scallops, Pure Poppy and Ripe Avocado satin ribbon (sooo luxurious), and the new Holiday Tag stamps. I had been reluctant to get those, but absolutely love them. It is going to make tag making for Christmas packages a snap! I packaged some votive Creme Brulee candles and here it is! Great teacher's gift I think.

Thanks for stopping by.
